New Furniture

The oldies decided it was time for some new furniture in the living room. Although they didn't take me with them to pick out the new stuff, I think they did a good job. Plus there are several new hiding spots for me which I like.

New Pillow

It's true what they say that when you stay at Grandma's you get spoiled. After the G'rents saw me trying to lay on this pillow...

...Papa Keith brought me home a pillow that is closer to the right size. Which was my plan all along. Duh.

Moving to Oregon

A few weeks ago my family started boxing everything in the house up, and soon I found all my favorite napping places were filled up with these boxes. Then just a few days ago a big truck came and all the boxes and furniture were loaded into it. And my house was empty.

So after I was put into the car. At first I thought I was going to the vet, again, but we kept driving for days. Then when I thought we were never going to stop, we made it to Ontario. Now my papa, Jon, has gone has left me to go be with my girls, and they left me here for the summer with the grandparents. I think I might get a little spoiled here, after all that is what grandparents are for, but I sure am going to miss my family.

Kronk

Is it a horse or a dog or perhaps an alien...

The human lady, Jessie, left for a few days and when she came back, she brought this thing with her.

I am not quite sure if he is a horse or a dog all I know is that he has invaded my space, and it doesn't look like he will be leaving for awhile. The humans keep calling him Kronk or Kronky so I guess that is it's name.

I will investigate more and keep you updated, in the meantime, as long as he knows that I run the house I think everything will be fine.

Gotta go catch some worms,

New Toy

Look at the new toy that the old guy got. It looks like a lot of fun. I will have to go and explore it later. And maybe he will take me fishing on it.

Family

My human pets, had family over for a BBQ on Saturday. And the Steele's took a family photo. I have trainned them well as you can see.

Off to go take a cat nap...

Fishing

I got to go on my first fishing trip last week. It was very exciting and I had a lot of fun. If they would have let me have my own pole I am sure I would have caught the most fish.

G'ma Lucy's 66th anniversary of her 21st birthday

Grandma Lucy celebrated her 87th birthday this weekend (and that is not cat years either). I hope you enjoy a few pictures of the celebration. The cake sure looks good, but sadly I was not brought any of it.

some days it just doesn't pay to get up in the morning.

This is the house they are working on across the street. The guy is trying to mark where the rafters go, the others guys are inside the house shoveling the snow off the floor. they were suppose to put the roof on today. I don't think it will get done, but maybe the humans will let me out later today so I can go inspect.

It is still snowing and we have about 2 inches now.

Gravel...

Yesterday we got a call early from Farmer Jack. And he brought us just a little gravel. So the human lady was put to work. (I supervised of course.) They claim that this area will be where the park the boat. But I am thinking it might make a nice litter box.

Sleepy Time

After a hard day of "working" we had to take a "cat" nap. The lump that you see behind me is the old guy. I don't know what he did, but I am sure it was something exhausting, because we were both wore out.

Torture

Some nice people sent me this "hat" for Christmas. But don't worry I eventually conquered the elephant. It was no match for me.
